REIMAGINING PROCUREMENT
This book was born as the capstone project for my Master of Science in AI for Business at Arizona State University.
After nearly fifteen years of professional experience working with industry-leading organizations, I found myself facing a new reality: the emergence of artificial intelligence. More than just another technological advancement, AI is fundamentally transforming the way businesses operate and make decisions.
Procurement is no exception. The profession is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history, as AI reshapes sourcing, supplier management, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency. The methods, tools, and skills that defined procurement for decades are rapidly evolving.
